Return & Order Cancellation Policy

 

 

Order Cancellations


  • Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase with no fee, as long as the order has not already shipped.
  • After 72 hours, approved cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee based on the total order value.
  • If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under the Return Policy below.


Return Policy


We stand behind our products but understand situations change. If you need to return an item, the following conditions apply:


  1. Return Window
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in new, resellable condition with all original packaging, hardware, and accessories.

  2. Restocking Fee
    • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the product purchase price.
    • The restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.

  3. Shipping Costs
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our part (wrong item shipped, etc.).

  4. Non-Returnable Items
    The following are not eligible for return, except where required by law:
    • Installed, modified, damaged, or custom-made parts
    • Items not in original condition or missing components
    • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

  5. Return Authorization Required
    • All returns require prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
    • Returns sent without an RMA may be refused and returned to sender at their expense.

  6. Inspection & Refunds
    • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
    • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus the 20% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges.
    • If the product is found to be used, installed, or damaged, we may reduce the refund further or deny the return.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items


  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Once verified, we will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue in a reasonable manner.
