OVERVIEW
This website is operated by RVNG RaceWorks, LLC (“RVNG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). RVNG RaceWorks provides this website, including all information, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.
By accessing our site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and contributors.
RVNG RaceWorks does not represent, advertise, or warrant that any product is legal for use on public highways unless expressly stated in writing.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law. Any breach of these Terms may result in termination of Services.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit card data is always encrypted. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without written consent.
3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Information on this site may not be complete or current. Reliance is at your own risk.
4. MODIFICATIONS & PRICING
Prices and products may change without notice. We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation.
5. PRODUCTS
Products may have limited availability. We do not guarantee accuracy of images, colors, or descriptions.
6. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may cancel orders at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party tools or websites.
8. OFF-ROAD & RACING USE ONLY
All RVNG RaceWorks products are sold for off-road, race, competition, exhibition, and closed-course use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
These products are not intended for use on public highways or emissions-controlled vehicles unless a CARB Executive Order (EO) number is explicitly listed.
9. NO STREET-USE OR EMISSIONS REPRESENTATION
RVNG RaceWorks does not represent or warrant that any product is:
• CARB-legal
• EPA-compliant
• emissions-approved
• smog-legal
• street-legal
RVNG RaceWorks designs, sells, and distributes high-performance automotive components intended for off-road, closed-course, race, and competition use only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Many RVNG RaceWorks products are not certified, approved, or legal for use on public roads, public highways, or emissions-controlled motor vehicles. Certain products may not comply with federal, state, or local emissions laws, including but not limited to regulations enforced by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the California Air Resources Board (CARB), and other applicable regulatory agencies.
Unless a product is specifically advertised by RVNG RaceWorks as emissions-compliant and is accompanied by a valid CARB Executive Order (EO) number or other recognized proof of emissions compliance, the product is intended strictly for closed-course competition use or off-road vehicles that are not registered, licensed, or operated on public roads or highways.
By purchasing, installing, or using any RVNG RaceWorks product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether the product is legal for installation or use on their specific vehicle and within their federal, state, local, or international jurisdiction. The customer further acknowledges that vehicle emissions laws vary by location and that RVNG RaceWorks does not guarantee that any product is legal for street use unless expressly stated in writing.
RVNG RaceWorks, its owners, employees, representatives, agents, distributors, dealers, and affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any fines, penalties, citations, failed emissions inspections, registration issues, vehicle impoundment, loss of use, warranty denial, damages, repair costs, or any other consequences resulting from the unlawful installation, misuse, or operation of any RVNG RaceWorks product.
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RVNG RaceWorks, RVNG LLC, its owners, employees, representatives, agents, distributors, dealers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising out of or related to the purchase, installation, use, resale, or misuse of any product in violation of applicable emissions, environmental, vehicle, or highway-use laws.
By completing a purchase from RVNG RaceWorks, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Emissions and Legal Compliance Disclaimer, and accepts full responsibility for ensuring that any product purchased is used only in a lawful manner.
THESE PARTS ARE LEGAL FOR USE ONLY IN COMPETITION RACING VEHICLES AS DEFINED UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW, AND ARE NOT LEGAL FOR USE IN ANY OTHER MOTOR VEHICLE. CALIFORNIA LAW DEFINES A “RACING VEHICLE” AS “A COMPETITION VEHICLE NOT USED ON PUBLIC HIGHWAYS.” (CALIF. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE § 39048). THESE PARTS MAY ONLY BE USED ON COMPETITION RACING VEHICLES OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY ON A CLOSED COURSE IN CONJUNCTION WITH A SANCTIONED RACING EVENT. COMPETITION-ONLY MOTOR VEHICLES MAY NOT BE DRIVEN TO A RACING EVENT ON A PUBLIC HIGHWAY AND MUST BE TRANSPORTED ON A TRAILER OR OTHER CARRIER. USE OF THESE PARTS IN ANY OTHER VEHICLE MAY SUBJECT YOU TO FINES AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF FEDERAL AND/OR STATE LAW, WILL VOID ANY APPLICABLE WARRANTY FROM RVNG LLC TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND MAY VOID YOUR VEHICLE’S MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS RELATING TO THE USE OF THESE PARTS. RVNG LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE TO USE THESE PARTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS.
10. CUSTOMER LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
Customer is solely responsible for:
• emissions compliance
• registration compliance
• smog testing
• state and federal law compliance
• how and where the vehicle is operated
RVNG RaceWorks does not control or monitor customer use after purchase.
11. NO INDUCEMENT OR ADVERTISING RELIANCE
RVNG RaceWorks does not induce, encourage, or promote illegal vehicle operation.
Customer agrees purchases are not made in reliance on:
• emissions legality
• street legality
• regulatory approval
Customer makes their own independent legal determination.
12. HIGH-PERFORMANCE RISK & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
RVNG RaceWorks manufactures billet high-performance automotive components intended for vehicles operating under elevated power and stress.
Risks include:
• engine failure
• drivetrain failure
• vehicle damage
• regulatory penalties
• personal injury or death
By purchasing or using RVNG RaceWorks products, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.
13. NO GUARANTEE OF PROBLEM PREVENTION
RVNG RaceWorks products are not guaranteed or 100% solutions. No aftermarket part can eliminate risk.
14. LIMITED WARRANTY
RVNG RaceWorks offers a parts-only warranty for verified manufacturing defects only.
Does not cover:
• tuning issues
• installation errors
• engine, turbo, or drivetrain damage
• racing or overheating
• wear or cosmetic damage
No labor or consequential costs are covered.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RVNG RaceWorks is not liable for:
• smog failures
• CARB citations
• fines or penalties
• impoundment
• engine or vehicle damage
• lost profits
• personal injury or death
All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to defend and indemnify RVNG RaceWorks from all claims, lawsuits, regulatory actions, or legal costs arising from product use.
17. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES
All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for purpose, are disclaimed.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
All disputes must be resolved in Orange County, California.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
20. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing, installing, or using RVNG RaceWorks products, you accept all Terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or install.
