Emissions and Legal Compliance Disclaimer

RVNG RaceWorks designs, sells, and distributes high-performance automotive components intended primarily for off-road, race, or competition use only. Many of our products are not certified for use on public roads or highways and may not comply with federal, state, or local emissions regulations, including but not limited to those enforced by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

By purchasing or installing any RVNG RaceWorks product, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for ensuring that the product is used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. It is the customer’s sole duty to determine whether their vehicle or the parts they install comply with emissions standards or vehicle code requirements in their jurisdiction.

RVNG RaceWorks products that are not accompanied by a CARB Executive Order (EO) number or other proof of emissions compliance are intended strictly for closed-course competition or off-road vehicles that are not registered for street use.

RVNG RaceWorks, its owners, employees, and affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any fines, penalties, damages, vehicle registration issues, or loss of use resulting from the improper or unlawful installation or use of its products.

The customer further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RVNG RaceWorks and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the installation, use, or misuse of any product that violates emissions or environmental laws.

By completing a purchase, the customer affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms contained in this Emissions and Legal Compliance Disclaimer.
