Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with RVNG RaceWorks, the customer agrees to contact RVNG RaceWorks directly regarding any order issue, billing issue, shipping issue, product concern, cancellation request, refund request, or warranty claim before initiating a payment dispute, bank dispute, or chargeback, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The customer agrees not to initiate any false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith chargeback or payment dispute. This includes, but is not limited to, claiming an order was unauthorized when the customer placed or approved the order, claiming an item was not received when tracking or delivery records confirm delivery, or claiming a product was not as described when the product page, photos, fitment notes, lead times, off-road-use notices, emissions notices, or other material terms were disclosed prior to purchase.
A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel the customer’s obligations to RVNG RaceWorks. If the customer receives a product, service, replacement part, store credit, custom or special-order item, or any other value from RVNG RaceWorks and also obtains a reversal, refund, credit, or chargeback through a bank, card issuer, or payment processor, the customer remains responsible for any unpaid balance to the fullest extent permitted by law.
RVNG RaceWorks reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence in response to any payment dispute or chargeback, including order records, checkout acknowledgments, IP/device information, billing and shipping information, tracking details, delivery confirmation, pickup records, customer communications, product-page disclosures, photos, fitment notes, installation information, signed forms, and applicable policies.
If RVNG RaceWorks determines that a chargeback or payment dispute was false, misleading, abusive, or made in bad faith, RVNG RaceWorks reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including recovery of the unpaid balance, shipping costs, return shipping costs, chargeback fees, collection costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and any other actual losses, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
RVNG RaceWorks may refuse, cancel, or restrict future orders from any customer who initiates a false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith chargeback or payment dispute.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. Valid billing errors, unauthorized transactions, non-receipt claims, warranty claims, refund rights, or other lawful consumer protections will be handled in accordance with applicable law and RVNG RaceWorks’ posted policies.
Safety, Installation, Racing Use & Legal Compliance Notice
RVNG RaceWorks products are high-performance aftermarket automotive components intended for off-road, racing, competition, exhibition, and closed-course use only, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
RVNG RaceWorks does not represent, advertise, or warrant that any product is legal for use on public highways, emissions-controlled vehicles, or pollution-controlled vehicles unless the product is specifically identified in writing as emissions-compliant, street-legal, or covered by a valid CARB Executive Order number.
The customer is solely responsible for confirming whether any product is legal for the customer’s intended vehicle, location, use, registration status, emissions requirements, inspection requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. RVNG RaceWorks does not control how or where a customer installs, modifies, tunes, transports, registers, inspects, or operates a vehicle after purchase.
Installation and use of aftermarket performance parts may involve serious risk. These risks include, but are not limited to, emissions-law violations, failed inspections, fines, penalties, vehicle impoundment, voided vehicle warranty, engine damage, turbocharger damage, drivetrain damage, overheating, fire, loss of control, personal injury, or death.
Customer agrees that all RVNG RaceWorks products must be installed by a qualified professional using proper tools, procedures, safety equipment, and vehicle-specific knowledge. Improper installation, modification, misuse, abuse, racing, tuning issues, overheating, lack of maintenance, or use outside the product’s intended purpose may result in product failure, vehicle damage, injury, or death.
By purchasing, installing, or using any RVNG RaceWorks product, customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with aftermarket automotive modification and high-performance vehicle use. Customer agrees that RVNG RaceWorks is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, penalty, citation, inspection failure, emissions violation, registration issue, warranty denial, labor cost, towing cost, storage cost, lost income, lost profits, or other consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, misuse, or use of any product, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RVNG RaceWorks, its owners, employees, contractors, dealers, distributors, suppliers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, lawsuits, regulatory actions, penalties, costs, expenses, or attorneys’ fees arising from the customer’s installation, use, misuse, resale, modification, transportation, registration, inspection, or operation of any vehicle or product.
If the customer does not agree with these terms, the customer should not purchase, install, resell, or use RVNG RaceWorks products.
