RVNG Shipping, Return & Order Cancellation Policy
Shipping Policy
• All in-stock RVNG products ship within 1–4 business days.
• Shipping times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays.
• Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.
• RVNG is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, damaged packages by carrier, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer
Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase with no fee, provided the order has not yet shipped.
• After 72 hours, approved cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee based on the total order amount.
• If an order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under the Return Policy.
Return Policy
RVNG stands behind the quality of our products. If you need to return an item, the following conditions apply:
1. Return Window
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in brand-new, resellable condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and hardware must be included.
2. Restocking Fee
• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which covers inspection, processing, and repackaging costs.
3. Shipping Costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an RVNG shipping error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, except where required by law:
• Used, installed, modified, or damaged parts
• Custom-made, special-order, or build-to-order items
• Products missing original packaging or components
• Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
5. RMA Required
• All returns require prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
• Returns sent without an RMA may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
6. Inspection & Refunds
• Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the 20% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges.
• If the product is found to be used, installed, altered, or damaged, RVNG may reduce the refund or deny it entirely.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact RVNG within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order information.
• Once verified, RVNG will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue promptly.
