The RVNG 992 Exhaust System was engineered from the ground up to be more than just another exhaust system for the platform.

When we started development, the goal was simple: look at what was already available, figure out what we liked, what we felt could be improved, and build a complete system around our own ideas. Since RVNG is a newer competitor in the Porsche market, we had the opportunity to approach the platform with a fresh perspective instead of simply following designs that were already out there.

The result is a complete header-to-tip system built around our full Equal Length header design, available with either a straight-through Race Section or our 400-cell EPA-certified catalytic converter section with the proper mounting brackets.

From there, exhaust gases flow into our full megaphone-style rear section and into our custom 3D-printed X-pipe merge before exiting through a single center exhaust tip.

The megaphone rear section wasn’t added just for looks. The entire rear section was designed around creating a more aggressive, exotic exhaust note while giving the system a sound that separates it from the traditional 992 exhaust setups already on the market.

Customers also have full control over how they want the valves to operate.

Every system includes both OEM exhaust valve plates as well as an aftermarket valve controller. You can retain factory-style valve operation or use the supplied remote to command the valves fully open or fully closed.

For maximum performance and exhaust flow, the valves should never be kept closed during sustained high-load driving.

This isn’t a system where you buy the exhaust and then realize you still need headers, brackets, valve components, adapters, or additional hardware to finish the installation.

Every RVNG 992 system is supplied as a complete package, including the headers, rear exhaust section, catalytic or race sections, brackets, valve plates, valve assemblies, controller, and the supporting components needed to install the system.

Every system is hand fabricated from SS304 stainless steel and TIG welded using proper back-purging procedures. Each system also comes standard with a ceramic coating for added heat management, durability, and long-term protection. Proper shielding and purging during fabrication is extremely important to us, especially on an exhaust system that will repeatedly see extreme exhaust temperatures.

We build these systems to be driven hard.

RVNG has also made the decision to continue using stainless steel for our production systems, with Inconel options planned for the future, rather than moving toward titanium simply because it sounds more exotic on a spec sheet.

Titanium has its place, but for a system repeatedly exposed to extreme temperature cycles, vibration, and extended high-load use, our priority is long-term durability.

We would rather build something that can take abuse for years than save a few pounds and compromise the lifespan of the system.

We didn’t develop this system to be the cheapest 992 exhaust or another variation of something that already existed.

We built it because we wanted a complete 992 system with our own sound, our own engineering, and our own approach to how the exhaust should perform.
