RVNG MonoFlow Carbon Fiber Intake System — BMW G8X S58

The RVNG MonoFlow Intake System takes a completely different approach to airflow for the BMW S58 engine.

Instead of using a traditional dual-filter layout, the MonoFlow system uses one large 6-inch air filter and a single carbon fiber intake pipe to supply both turbochargers. The filter surface area and intake pipe diameter were selected to provide the airflow capacity required by both turbo inlets while creating a cleaner, more streamlined engine-bay layout.

The system includes upgraded 87mm and 83mm 3D-printed aluminum turbo inlets designed to replace the restrictive factory inlet sections. These enlarged inlets provide a smoother transition into the turbochargers and are engineered to work together with the MonoFlow intake pipe as a complete system.

A carbon fiber air funnel is also included. Mounted toward the front grille, the funnel helps direct fresh outside air toward the intake filter and reduces the intake system’s exposure to stagnant under-hood air.

Every major component of the MonoFlow system was designed specifically around the G8X chassis and S58 engine platform.

Do You Offer In Person Pick-Up & Installs In Cali?

Yes, We are located in Garden Grove in Orange County, California. We invite any of our customers to pick-up in stock items and for any install or car related work.

Will Installing These Parts Void My Factory Warranty?

Aftermarket performance parts can affect your factory warranty on related components under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act — a dealer must prove the part caused the failure to deny a claim. We recommend speaking with your dealer or tuner. Our parts are precision-engineered to factory tolerances and we stand behind every product with our own Lifetime Warranty against defects and fitment issues.

Do These Parts Require a Tune?

Some parts — particularly downpipes, intake kits, and fuel system upgrades — will require or strongly benefit from an ECU tune to see full performance gains and to prevent check engine lights. Parts like heat exchangers, oil coolers, and hardware do not require a tune. We recommend reaching out to us or your local tuner before purchasing if you're unsure.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled, and undamaged items in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order parts are non-returnable. To start a return, contact us at rvngperformance@yahoo.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Are Your Catless Downpipes Street Legal?

Catless downpipes are intended for off-road and track use only. They are not emissions compliant and will trigger a check engine light without an appropriate tune or O2 spacers. If you need a street-legal option, contact us — we can discuss catted alternatives depending on your platform.
