External Wastegate
Turbosmart external wastegates are engineered to deliver precise, repeatable boost control under the most demanding conditions. Designed and validated in high-heat, high-boost motorsport environments, each wastegate is built to maintain stability and sealing even under extreme exhaust gas temperatures and sustained load.
At the core is a high-temperature Inconel valve and seat, chosen for its ability to resist creep, warping, and erosion at elevated EGTs. This ensures consistent valve sealing, predictable boost regulation, and long service life—whether on a street-driven setup or a full track build.
The wastegate body is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel with optimized internal flow paths to reduce turbulence and backpressure, allowing excess exhaust energy to bypass the turbine efficiently. A high-flow valve design combined with a robust diaphragm and spring system provides fast response and stable control across a wide boost range.
Each Turbosmart wastegate is fully serviceable and features:

How Long Does Shipping Take?
All Rvng items ship within 1-3 days, if an item is out of stock the customer will be notified with the choice of a refund or an estimated timeline of delivery.
Do You Have Exhaust Parts For My Car?
We make a range of downpipes and exhaust systems for almost all BMW's. We choose to specialize in that market so we can always insure we are selling the best product possible for your Beamer!
Do You Offer In Person Pick-Up & Installs In Cali?
Yes, We are located in Garden Grove in Orange County, California. We invite any of our customers to pick-up in stock items and for any install or car related work.
Will Installing These Parts Void My Factory Warranty?
Aftermarket performance parts can affect your factory warranty on related components under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act — a dealer must prove the part caused the failure to deny a claim. We recommend speaking with your dealer or tuner. Our parts are precision-engineered to factory tolerances and we stand behind every product with our own Lifetime Warranty against defects and fitment issues.
Do These Parts Require a Tune?
Some parts — particularly downpipes, intake kits, and fuel system upgrades — will require or strongly benefit from an ECU tune to see full performance gains and to prevent check engine lights. Parts like heat exchangers, oil coolers, and hardware do not require a tune. We recommend reaching out to us or your local tuner before purchasing if you're unsure.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled, and undamaged items in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order parts are non-returnable. To start a return, contact us at rvngperformance@yahoo.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Are Your Catless Downpipes Street Legal?
Catless downpipes are intended for off-road and track use only. They are not emissions compliant and will trigger a check engine light without an appropriate tune or O2 spacers. If you need a street-legal option, contact us — we can discuss catted alternatives depending on your platform.
How Do I Know This Will Fit My Car?
Every RVNG product is developed and validated on the specific platforms listed. If your exact build year, model, or configuration isn't listed, contact us before ordering — we'll confirm fitment.
